1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Wedding Harmony mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Wedding Harmony is a collaborative wedding planning application for iOS and Android that includes:

  • Collaborative Dashboard: Real-time planning hub for couples
  • Guest Management: Tools for guest lists, RSVPs, and dietary needs
  • Seating Charts: Visual table layout and guest assignment tools
  • Budget Tracker: Financial monitoring and expense management
  • AI Assistant: Gemini-powered planning recommendations
  • Task Management: Shared checklists and deadline tracking
  • Online RSVP: A private web page where the couple's guests reply to the invitation

3. AI Assistant Usage

The AI Wedding Assistant is provided as a planning aid. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated recommendations should be verified. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI suggestions. Usage is subject to Google's usage policies.

4. User Data and Collaboration

Your wedding is stored in the cloud (Google Firebase) so that it syncs in real time between you and your partner. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Invitation code: anyone who enters your partner code gets full access to the wedding. Share it only with your partner.
  • Data responsibility: you are responsible for the guest data and wedding details you enter into the App, and for having a proper basis to store other people's information.

5. Online RSVP

If you enable online RSVP, we host a reply page for your guests and store their replies on your behalf. By using it you agree that:

  • you invite only people you know personally and share the RSVP link privately (in messages, on printed invitations, or with a QR code) — never on a public website, social media post, or any place an indefinite number of people can reach it;
  • you tell your guests what you will use their answers for, and you handle their requests to correct or delete their details;
  • guests must reply truthfully and only for themselves and the people they were invited with; we may remove content that is abusive or clearly false, and we may suspend a reply page that is being misused;
  • the page and the matching of names to your list are provided as they are; always confirm the headcount you give to your venue and caterer yourself.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to circumvent or disable the App's security features
  • Use the App to store or transmit harmful or offensive content

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial wedding planning purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
